网络自主学习作为课堂教学的有益补充成效显著,但该模式存在兴趣不能持久、能力有待提高、需求尚未满足等问题。完善网络自主学习模式的三个途径是：颠覆兴趣至上观念,建立完善监控体系;丰富网络学习资源,建构语言文化环境;设置弹性学习目标,真正实现个性发展。

As the beneficial supplement to the classroom teaching,web-based autonomous learning has obtained notable achievement;however,this mode is far from to be perfect.Based on questionnaire,this paper analyzes the problems in autonomous learning and offers three approaches to perfect this mode：to overthrow the idea of ＂interest foremost＂ so as to establish mature supervision system;to enrich learning resources so as to construct linguistic and cultural environment;and to set up flexible learning objectives so as to realize individual development.
