目的研究门诊糖尿病离诊病人数字化离诊健康教育与传统健康教育的效果比较。方法选择18-50岁有条件接触网络的糖尿病病人200例,随机分为两组(A组和B组),每组100例,A组为传统健康教育,B组为传统健康教育加数字化离诊健康教育。采用问卷调查,根据提高病人依从性、心里治疗、消除致病因素、密切医患关系、降低医疗成本等五个方面进行评价。结果 A、B两组病人问卷调查显示,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论通过网络开展门诊糖尿病病人的离诊健康教育,使病人在院外能最大限度地获得健康医学知识,影响和改变病人的健康行为,促进护患关系,增加了患者对医院的信任,提高了医院服务质量、提升了医院的整体形象。

Objective To study the outpatient diabetes clinic digitized from traditional health education health education and comparison of the effects. Methods 18-50 conditional network of contacts 1000 cases of diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups (A and B), each 500 cases, A group of traditional health education, B group for the traditional health education plus digitized from attending health education. Used questionnaires, according to improve patient compliance, heart treatment, eliminating risk factors, close doctor-patient relationship, reduce health care costs in five areas evaluated. Results A, B survey shows that two groups of patients, respectively, P <0.05, significant difference. Conclusions from the network of outpatient clinics health education to diabetes patients outside of the hospital to maximize access to health medical knowledge, influence and change the patient's health behavior and promote nurse-patient relationship, increasing the patient to the hospital trust, improve hospital services quality, enhance the overal image of the hospital.
