This paper analyzed the current environmental conditions and forest city building in Tiantai County.On this basis,the overall forest development objectives,forest development layout and the overall pattern of urban forest development in Tiantai were designed,and the planning system of urban forest development was proposed including forest ecological network planning,forest culture construction planning,forest ecological protection planning and forest ecological industry development planning.
