鄱阳湖流域是长江中下游流域的重要组成部分,是生物多样性非常丰富的国际重要湿地,被列为全球生物多样性关键地区。它在全球生物多样性保护、确保长江下游地区生态安全以及实现国家水资源合理配置等方面具有举足轻重的作用。然而,由于流域内人类活动较为频繁,不合理的开发利用,全球气候变化造成极端气候频发,已经对流域造成巨大威胁。本文通过分析鄱阳湖流域的基本特征及面临的威胁,试图对鄱阳湖生物多样性的重要性与中国政府已经采取的重要举措作出概括、回顾和评价,以供学界讨论时参考。

Poyang Lake basin is an important part of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangzi River.It is a wetland of international importance which is rich in biodiversity and is listed as the global key region of biodiversity.It is an important guarantee for global biodiversity protection,ecological security of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,and optimal allocation of water resources.However,due to intensive human activities in this area,irrational exploitation of resources,and excessive number of extreme weather events,the basin is facing a huge threat.This paper analyzes the characteristics and threats for the Poyang lake basin,attempting to make a generalization,review and evaluation of the importance of biodiversity and important initiatives of Chinese government,in order to offer a reference for academic discussion.
