以1年生邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii)幼苗为试验材料,研究了不同浓度(0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%)NaCl盐分胁迫对邓恩桉幼苗生长和叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明:随着胁迫程度的加强和胁迫时间的延长,叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)均呈下降趋势,且显著低于对照;邓恩桉幼苗可耐受较低盐度环境,在盐度0.3%的条件下能够保持一定生长,盐度浓度≥0.6%时,邓恩桉幼苗生长受到显著影响,并导致死亡;NaCl胁迫抑制邓恩桉幼苗的生长和叶片的光合能力。

Experiments were conducted on effect of salt stress (0, 0.3%, 0.6% and 0.9% in concentration) on growth and photosynthesis of 1-year seedlings ofEucalyptus dunnii. The results showed that chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), PSⅡ maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) and PSⅡ potential photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fo ) decreased along with increase of salt concentration and duration. The experiment indicated that seedlings treated by higher salt concentration (≥0.6%) had evident negative effect, and even caused death of the seedling. It concluded that growth and photosynthetic capacity ofE. dunniiseedlings were inhibited by the NaCl stress.
