骨质疏松是糖皮质激素常见而严重的不良反应，可引起骨骼疼痛、增加骨折风险、降低患者生活质量。本文分析1例因全身皮疹误诊为自身免疫内分泌多腺体综合征，长期服用糖皮质激素导致严重骨质疏松症病例，旨在加深对糖皮质激素诱导骨质疏松症的认识，明晰自身免疫内分泌多腺体综合征的诊断。

Osteoporosis is the common and severe side effect of glucocorticoid hormone , which causes bone pain and increases the risk of fracture and impairs the life quality of patients.We analyzed a patient with severe osteopo-rosis induced by long term treatment of glucocorticoid hormone , after he was misdiagnosed as autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome ( APS) .We aim to improve the understanding of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis and to clarify the diag-nosis of APS.
