冠心病患者多数合有糖代谢紊乱。经过西医标准化治疗，冠心病合并糖尿病患者的预后虽然有了明显改善，但是其死亡率及不良事件的发生率仍明显高于非糖尿病患者，且糖尿病患者冠脉弥漫性病变、小血管病变均较重，其病理生理学机制也具有特殊性。本文从冠心病合并糖尿病患者的冠脉病变特点、病理生理学特点、中医证型及治疗方面进行了概述。冠心病合并糖尿病仍然存在主要证型不明确、统一辨证诊断标准的缺乏、临床试验研究方案欠严谨等问题，中医药治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的临床疗效及对远期预后的影响仍有待进一步研究。

Most of the patients with coronary heart disease( CHD) have disorders of glucose me-tabolism. Although the prognosis in CHD patients complicated with diabetes mellitus( DM) have been im-proved obviously by the standard treatment with western medicine,mortality and the incidence of adverse e-vents are still higher than that in CHD patients without DM. There exist diffuse coronary artery lesions,seri-ously small vascular lesions and specific pathophysiological mechanism in CHD patients with DM. This arti-cle reviewed the characteristics of coronary artery lesions and pathophysiology, TCM syndrome types and treatment. Being not clear in main TCM syndrome types, lack of uniform criteria in syndrome differentiation and diagnostic,and being not rigorous are still main problems in this research filed. Thus,the TCM thera-peutic effect and long-term prognosis for patients in CHD with DM should be further performed.
