采用密闭爆发器试验考察了可燃药筒定容点火性能,分析了装填密度与点火强度对可燃药筒定容点火性能的影响,并与4/7-单的定容点火特性进行了比较.结果表明,可燃药筒的点火过程分为3个阶段,电点火击发阶段、着火阶段与可燃药筒初始燃烧阶段.与4/7-单相比,可燃药筒的点火段压力上升迅速,燃气生成速率大,点火时间短.随着点火强度的提高,可燃药筒定容点火时间缩短,压力上升速率加快,而装填密度对药筒点火特性影响不明显.
採用密閉爆髮器試驗攷察瞭可燃藥筒定容點火性能,分析瞭裝填密度與點火彊度對可燃藥筒定容點火性能的影響,併與4/7-單的定容點火特性進行瞭比較.結果錶明,可燃藥筒的點火過程分為3箇階段,電點火擊髮階段、著火階段與可燃藥筒初始燃燒階段.與4/7-單相比,可燃藥筒的點火段壓力上升迅速,燃氣生成速率大,點火時間短.隨著點火彊度的提高,可燃藥筒定容點火時間縮短,壓力上升速率加快,而裝填密度對藥筒點火特性影響不明顯.
채용밀폐폭발기시험고찰료가연약통정용점화성능,분석료장전밀도여점화강도대가연약통정용점화성능적영향,병여4/7-단적정용점화특성진행료비교.결과표명,가연약통적점화과정분위3개계단,전점화격발계단、착화계단여가연약통초시연소계단.여4/7-단상비,가연약통적점화단압력상승신속,연기생성속솔대,점화시간단.수착점화강도적제고,가연약통정용점화시간축단,압력상승속솔가쾌,이장전밀도대약통점화특성영향불명현.
Constant-volume ignition characteristics of Combustible Cartridge Case(CCC) were analyzed by using closed-bomb test,and the effects of different charge density and the ignition pressure on ignition characteristics were studied,and it was also compared with that of 4/7 single-base propellants.The results show that the ignition process of CCC is classified into three stages such as electric ignition firing stage,fire stage and primary burning stage of CCC.Compared with 4/7 single-base propellants,the ignition pressure and burning rate increase rapidly,and the ignition time shortens.The pressure rise rate increases,and ignition time shortens with the increase of the ignition pressure,but the effect of charge density on ignition characteristics of CCC is not obvious.
