针对一种具体型号的节气门体建立了几何模型。用基于Fluent软件的标准k-ε模型对节气门三维流场进行数值仿真。仿真结果与实验结果吻合非常好,表明了标准k-ε模型在汽车节气门流场仿真中的适用性。仿真结果为汽车节气门体流场分析和节气门结构的改进提供参考。

Geometry model has been established for a specific type of throttle body. And three-dimen- sional flow field of the throttle is analyzed, using standard k -ε model, which is based on the Fluent software. The simulation results and experimental results are very consistent, which demonstrate the Standard k - ε model' s applicability in the simulation of automotive throttle' s flow field. The simula- tion results lay a theoretical foundation for analysis on the automotive throttle flow field and further im- provement of the throttle's structure
