基于金纳米棒（AuNRs）的纵向表面等离子吸收峰（LPAW）的蓝移量（λL）、横向等离子吸收峰（TPAW）的红移量（λT）与维生素C（Vc）的浓度（CVc）的线性关系,以及溶液明显的颜色变化,建立了AuNRs非聚集比色传感测定Vc的新方法.其中,CVc在0.110-110μM范围内与λL呈线性关系,在85.0-425μM范围内与λT呈线性关系.该方法灵敏（检出限为0.021μM Vc,λL和172μM,λT）、线性范围宽,选择性好,可用于测定实际样品中Vc的含量,结果与聚集传感器相吻合.同时,探讨了非聚集比色传感测定Vc的机理.

A non-aggregation colorimetric sensor for the determination of Vitamine C （Vc） was developed based on the fact that the longitudinal plasmon absorption wavelength （LPAW, ZL） of gold nanorods （AuNRs） underwent a blue shift （AT.L） with the increasing of Vc concentration （Cvc）, and much higher Cvc led to a gradual red shift （△λτ） of transversal plasmon absorption wavelength （TPAW, ~r）, accompanying with great color change of the solution. The linear relationship between AZL or AZT and CVc were observed in the range of 0.110-110μM or 85.0-425 pM. The proposed sensor has high sensitivity （detection limit （LD）： 0.021 μM for λL and 172 μM for μM, wide liner range, and good selectivity. And the method could been applied to Vc detection in real samples, and the results agreed well with those of aggregation colorimetric sensor. The mechanism of the sensor for detecting Vc was also discussed.
