用金银花、鱼腥草两种中草药的提取液拌饵投喂金鲫，在开始投喂药饵后的第31d测定金鲫免疫器官（头肾、脾脏）指数以及免疫器官溶茵酶活性。结果显示，投喂药饵30d后，免疫器官指数金银花组较对照组显著提高（0．01〈P〈0．05），头肾指数和脾脏指数分别达到0．415和0．721，鱼腥草组较对照组差异不显著（P〉0．05）；免疫器官溶菌酶活性用药组较对照组都有显著提高（0．01〈P〈0．05），且金银花组效果更好（P〈0．01），头肾和脾脏溶菌酶活性分别达到243．92U／ml和64．87U／m1。
용금은화、어성초량충중초약적제취액반이투위금즉，재개시투위약이후적제31d측정금즉면역기관（두신、비장）지수이급면역기관용인매활성。결과현시，투위약이30d후，면역기관지수금은화조교대조조현저제고（0．01〈P〈0．05），두신지수화비장지수분별체도0．415화0．721，어성초조교대조조차이불현저（P〉0．05）；면역기관용균매활성용약조교대조조도유현저제고（0．01〈P〈0．05），차금은화조효과경호（P〈0．01），두신화비장용균매활성분별체도243．92U／ml화64．87U／m1。
Gold crucian carp were fed with basal formulated diet supplemented with Chinese Herbs Lonicera japonica thumb and chameleon separately, and the immunity organ index and Lysozyme activities in immunity organs were measured respectively on the 31th day. Results showed that the index of head kidney and spleen in Lonicera japonica thumb group were 0.415 and 0.721 respectively and significantly higher than that of control group （ 0.01〈P〈0.05 ）, while the other group were not （ P〉 0.05 ） . The Lysozyme activities in immunity organs of all test groups were significantly higher than that of control group （ 0.01〈P〈0.05 ）, and the Lonicera japonica thumb group were better than chameleon group （ P〈0.01 ） .The Lysozyme activities in head kidney and spleen respectively achieved 243.92 U/ml and 64.87 U/ml.
