在液压传动实践教学中,为了对节流阀与调速阀的特性进行对比,采用AMESim软件构建了节流阀进口节流调速回路与调速阀进口节流调速回路,同时进行仿真研究。通过直观的数据和仿真结果的可视化,帮助学生加深对流量控制元件及回路的理解和认识,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了其自学能力和创新能力。
在液壓傳動實踐教學中,為瞭對節流閥與調速閥的特性進行對比,採用AMESim軟件構建瞭節流閥進口節流調速迴路與調速閥進口節流調速迴路,同時進行倣真研究。通過直觀的數據和倣真結果的可視化,幫助學生加深對流量控製元件及迴路的理解和認識,激髮瞭學生的學習興趣,提高瞭其自學能力和創新能力。

In order to compare characteristics between throttle valve and speed regulator valve in praxis teaching of Hydraulic Transmission,the model of meter-in circuit using throttle valve and using speed regulator valve by AMESim software are established and simulated.The intuitive data and visualization of simulation results help students achieve deep comprehension of flow control components and circuits.It inspires their learning interests and improves abilities of independent study and practical innovation.
