目的：观察经皮穿刺周围神经脉冲射频术治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛( PHN)的疗效。方法：选择2012-2013年间收治的PHN患者46例，病人体位因穿刺部位不同而异，射频治疗前行试验性阻滞治疗，疼痛短暂或长时间缓解超过50%者进行脉冲射频治疗。随访观察患者治疗后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、麻木及并发症情况。结果：治疗后与治疗前相比VAS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按临床疗效标准评价治疗效果，临床治愈11例，显效21例，有效9例，无效5例，优良率达69.6%。其中11例患者自觉原疼痛部位的麻木程度有所加重，35例患者自觉麻木感有不同程度的减轻，未发生其他永久性并发症。结论：经皮穿刺脉冲射频治疗PHN疗效良好、操作简单，在复发后可重复治疗。
목적：관찰경피천자주위신경맥충사빈술치료대상포진후유신경통( PHN)적료효。방법：선택2012-2013년간수치적PHN환자46례，병인체위인천자부위불동이이，사빈치료전행시험성조체치료，동통단잠혹장시간완해초과50%자진행맥충사빈치료。수방관찰환자치료후적동통시각모의평분(VAS평분)、마목급병발증정황。결과：치료후여치료전상비VAS차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。안림상료효표준평개치료효과，림상치유11례，현효21례，유효9례，무효5례，우량솔체69.6%。기중11례환자자각원동통부위적마목정도유소가중，35례환자자각마목감유불동정도적감경，미발생기타영구성병발증。결론：경피천자맥충사빈치료PHN료효량호、조작간단，재복발후가중복치료。
Objective:To observation the efficacy of on peripheral nerve percutaneous puncture pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods:forty-six patients with PHN selected from 2012-2013. The patient take position for puncture site vary. For the treatment of pain, pulsed radiofrequency treatment implemented if the remission of pain more than 50% short or long time after anesthetic block test. Fol ow-up by the phone cal or visit 4 weeks later, Verbal analogue scale ( VAS) , numbness and complications was observed after treatment. Result:There was significant difference in scores of VAS before and after treatment (P<0.05). According to the standard of clinical efficacy evaluation of treatment, clinical cure 11 cases, markedly effective in 21 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 5 cases, the excel ent rate was 69.6%. The degree of numbness in 11 patients increased, 35 patients have different degrees of ease, without any other permanent complications. Conclusion:peripheral nerve percutaneous puncture pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia (PHN) having confirmed effects,simple,less complications,can repeat if necessary.
