鉴于粉煤灰纤维难于分散,成纸强度低的问题,探讨了CMC浓度对粉煤灰纤维分散的影响。对增强剂的种类及其用量对配抄纸张的影响进行了研究,同时研究了粉煤灰纤维不同加入量对纸张强度的影响。结果表明:CMC分散粉煤灰纤维的最佳浓度为0.6%;在添加量相同的条件下,添加CMC对纸张增强效果优于添加CPAM的纸张;在加入1.2%的CMC条件下,粉煤灰纤维可代替20%-30%的植物纤维。

In view of being difficult in dispersion of fly ash fiber and being low in paper strength, the effect of the concentration of CMC for dispersing of fly ash fiber was discussed. Effects of adding the kinds and dosage of reinforcer and different addition amount of fly ash fiber on papermaking performance were studied in detail. The results show that the optimum dosage of dispersant is 0.6 %, under the same conditions, the strength of paper added CMC is better than CPAM added, and fly ash fiber can be instead of 20 % - 30 % of plant fiber when paper was made using 1.2 % of CMC.
