目的:评价CA125联合二维超声及多普勒技术对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对117例卵巢肿瘤患者于术前行二维超声、能量多普勒超声及血清CA125水平测定,与术后病理结果对照,比较单项检查及三者联合检查对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率。结果Weber G评分、能量多普勒分级及CA125对卵巢癌恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率分别为88.5%、91.4%和85.7%,差异无统计学意义。三者联合检查的诊断符合率为97.1%,与各单项检查比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CA125联合二维超声及能量多普勒能提高对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率,为临床诊疗方案的制定提供可靠依据。

목적:평개CA125연합이유초성급다보륵기술대란소악성종류적진단개치。방법대117례란소종류환자우술전행이유초성、능량다보륵초성급혈청CA125수평측정,여술후병리결과대조,비교단항검사급삼자연합검사대란소악성종류적진단부합솔。결과Weber G평분、능량다보륵분급급CA125대란소암악성종류적진단부합솔분별위88.5%、91.4%화85.7%,차이무통계학의의。삼자연합검사적진단부합솔위97.1%,여각단항검사비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론CA125연합이유초성급능량다보륵능제고대란소악성종류적진단준학솔,위림상진료방안적제정제공가고의거。
Objective To evaluate the value of CA125 combining two-dimensional ultrasound, Doppler technique in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods 117 patients with ovarian tumors underwent 2-dimen-sional ultrasonography, power Doppler ultrasonography before operation, and determined their serum CA125. Results were compared with pathological findings after operation. To compare the diagnostic accord-ance rate of ovarian cancer by each index inspection methods and three indexes joint inspection methods. Results The diagnostic accordance rate of ovarian tumors by Weber score, PDI flow classification, and the CA125 detection was 88. 5%、91. 4% and 85. 7%,respectively. The difference was not statistically signifi-cant. The diagnostic accordance rate of the three kinds combined was 97. 1%, Compared with a single kind, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion CA125 , 2-dimensional ultrasound and Doppler techniques combined can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ovarian benign and malignant tumors. It provided a basis for the clinical treatment programs.
