目的研究中西医结合疗法在原发性高血压的临床应用价值.方法选择原发性高血压患者98例为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组各49例,对照组采用西医疗法,观察组采用中西医结合疗法治疗,观察两组治疗效果.结果治疗8周后,观察组总有效率为93.8％,对照组总有效率为83.7％,观察组显效构成比较大;两组临床症状头痛、心悸、失眠、耳鸣、烦躁均有不同程度改善,观察组症状消失构成比较大,治疗效果较好;对照组治疗前后E值、A值及E/A差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),观察组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论结合小剂量常规西药的中西医结合疗法能有效的降低血压,达到“标”、“本”同治的目的,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To study the clinical value of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for primary hypertension.Methods 98 patients with primary hypertension were selected as the study objects and then randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,49 cases for each group.The control group were treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The therapeutic efficacies of both groups were observed.Results 8 weeks after the treatment,the total rate of efficacy was 93.8％ in the observation group and was 83.7％ in the control group.The clinical symptoms,such as headache,palpitation,insomnia,tinnitus,and irritability,all improved in different degrees in both groups,but the observation group improved more and had better therapeutic effect than the control group.The E value,A value,and E/A before the treatment were statistically different from those after the treatment in the control group(P＜0.05) and in the observation group(P＜0.01).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine in combination with small dose of western medicine can effectively lower the patients' blood pressure,cure not only the symptoms but also the etiology,and is worth being clinically generalized.
