目的：探讨两种臀部肌内注射方法对药物吸收的影响。方法选取2011年6月-2012年5月有机磷农药中毒患者83例，按双侧臀部轮流肌内注射的原则，左侧选择臀大肌（臀大肌组）进行注射；右侧选择臀中肌（臀中肌组）进行注射。72 h后比较不同注射部位皮肤肿胀情况。结果臀大肌组肿胀62例，明显肿胀21例；臀中肌组肿胀79例，明显肿胀4例。结论采用臀中肌进行肌内注射，药物吸收效果好。
목적：탐토량충둔부기내주사방법대약물흡수적영향。방법선취2011년6월-2012년5월유궤린농약중독환자83례，안쌍측둔부륜류기내주사적원칙，좌측선택둔대기（둔대기조）진행주사；우측선택둔중기（둔중기조）진행주사。72 h후비교불동주사부위피부종창정황。결과둔대기조종창62례，명현종창21례；둔중기조종창79례，명현종창4례。결론채용둔중기진행기내주사，약물흡수효과호。
Objective To study the influence of 2 kinds of hip intramuscular injection on the drug absorption .Methods 83 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from June 2011 to May 2012 were given intramuscular injection on bilateral hips turns principle . The left hip was injected into the gluteus maximus .The right hip was injected into the gluteus medius .The skin swelling of different injection sites were compared at 72h after injection . Results 62 cases of intramuscular injection on gluteus maximus were swollen ,21 cases were markedly swollen .79 cases of intramuscular injection on gluteus medius were swollen , 4 cases were markedly swollen . Conclusion Intramuscular injection on the medius gluteal can improve the effect of liquid absorption .
