目的：探索空肠鼻饲行气活血中药对胆石性胰腺炎患者行胆囊切除、胆总管切开取石、T管引流术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将54例胆石性胰腺炎 T管引流术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例。治疗组鼻饲行气活血中药，对照组鼻饲0．9％氯化钠注射液，治疗时间均为3天。结果治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均明显短于对照组。结论空肠鼻饲行气活血中药对胆石性胰腺炎T管引流术后患者的胃肠功能恢复有一定的促进作用，正确的护理有助于保障术后早期肠内给药及营养，对患者康复有重要意义。
목적：탐색공장비사행기활혈중약대담석성이선염환자행담낭절제、담총관절개취석、T관인류술후위장공능회복적영향。방법장54례담석성이선염 T관인류술후환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각27례。치료조비사행기활혈중약，대조조비사0．9％록화납주사액，치료시간균위3천。결과치료조술후장명음회복시간、수차항문배기시간、수차배편시간균명현단우대조조。결론공장비사행기활혈중약대담석성이선염T관인류술후환자적위장공능회복유일정적촉진작용，정학적호리유조우보장술후조기장내급약급영양，대환자강복유중요의의。
Objective To study of nasal feeding with traditional Chinese medicine to gastrointestinal function of gallstone pancreatitis patients after cholecystectomy ,choledocholithotomy and T tube drainage . Methods 54 patients with T-tube drainage were randomly divided into treatment group (n=27) and control group (n=27) .The treatment group was given nasal feeding with Xingqihuoxue traditional Chinese medicine . The control group was given nasal feeding with physiological saline .They were both treated for 3 days .Results The recovery time of bowel sound , anal exhaust time for the first time , the first defecation time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group .Conclusion Nasal feeding traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after T-tube drainage .Proper nursing is helpful to the early postoperative intestinal protection for medicine and nutrition , and have important significance to the rehabilitation of patients .
