目的:研究Smad7在胃癌组织中的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例胃癌、20例不典型增生、25例慢性胃炎和20例正常对照的胃黏膜组织中Smad7蛋白、TGF-β1的表达变化。结果在胃癌和不典型增生组织中Smad7蛋白和TGF-β1表达均明显高于慢性胃炎和正常胃黏膜组织,各组相比差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),幽门螺旋杆菌阳性的患者中,Smad7的表达量显著高于阴性者(P均<0.05)。结论Smad7蛋白和TGF-β1共同参与胃癌的形成,Smad7在幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃病中发挥重要作用,Smad7高表达对于胃癌的发生发展也起着非常重要的促进作用,抑制Smad7高表达有可能可以抑制肿瘤发展,可能成为防止肿瘤进展的新策略。

목적:연구Smad7재위암조직중적표체급기여유문라간균적관계。방법채용면역조직화학방법검측30례위암、20례불전형증생、25례만성위염화20례정상대조적위점막조직중Smad7단백、TGF-β1적표체변화。결과재위암화불전형증생조직중Smad7단백화TGF-β1표체균명현고우만성위염화정상위점막조직,각조상비차이유통계학의의(P균<0.01),유문라선간균양성적환자중,Smad7적표체량현저고우음성자(P균<0.05)。결론Smad7단백화TGF-β1공동삼여위암적형성,Smad7재유문라선간균상관성위병중발휘중요작용,Smad7고표체대우위암적발생발전야기착비상중요적촉진작용,억제Smad7고표체유가능가이억제종류발전,가능성위방지종류진전적신책략。
Objective To study the expression of Smad7 in gastric carcinoma and the relationship with Helicobacter pylori.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the changes of Smad7 and TGF- β1 protein expression in 30 cases of gastric carcinoma, 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia, 25 cases of chronic gastritis and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues.Results Smad7 and TGF- β1 protein expression in gastric cancer and atypical hyperplasia tissue were signiifcantly higher than that in chronic gastritis and normal gastric mucosa tissues. the difference has statistical signiifcance(P<0.01). Expression of Smad7 cells was signiifcantly higher in H. pylori positive patients than that of negative(P<0.05).Conclusion The formation of Smad7 protein and TGF- β1 in gastric carcinoma, Smad7 play an important role in Helicobacter pylori associated gastric disease, high expression of Smad7 in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma also plays an important role in promoting, inhibition of Smad7 expression may inhibit tumor development,may become the new strategies to prevent tumor progression.
