矿井排水在矿井的安全生产中的作用尤为重要，D型泵作为被煤矿广泛使用的排水设备，其重要性不容置疑。但是，D型泵平衡盘过度磨损问题一直没有很好的解决。为了水泵的安全运行，本文对这个问题作了几点分析，以期降低设备的事故率，延长水泵的使用寿命，提高矿井排水能力，从而为矿井的安全生产提供保障。

Mine drainage is particularly important in mine production safety. The importance of D-type pump, which is widely used as mine drainage in coal mine, is beyond question. However, the problem of balance disc excessive wearing of the D-type pump has not been solved. For safe operation of the pump, this paper offers analysis on this issue for the purpose of reduction of equipment accident rate, extension of pump life and improved mine drainage capacity to provide security for coal mine production safety.
