传统TIG焊焊接熔深浅、效率低。近年来随着活性焊接技术的不断发展,多种新型的焊接工艺被陆续提出。对比分析了普通A-TIG焊工艺,FB-TIG焊、FZ-TIG焊活性剂的涂敷方式及焊缝的成形特点,并对于熔深增加机理进行了研究。最后通过改变活性元素的引入方式,提出了一种新型AA-TIG (Arc assisted Activating TIG Welding)的焊接工艺。与传统TIG焊相比,AA-TIG焊焊缝熔深增加显著,熔宽明显收缩,焊缝表面成形良好。采用焊接规范参数,8mm厚板可一次焊透,达到传统TIG焊熔深的2.86倍以上。

The traditional TIG welding has a character of shallow weld depth and low efficiency. Different welding processes were proposed as the development of activating flux process. On the basis of comparison of way of coating activating flux and weld appearance, The mechanism of increasing penetration was investigated in traditional A-TIG welding as well as FB-TIG welding and FZ-TIG welding. At last,A novel welding process named AA-TIG welding was proposed by changing the way of adapting acti-vating elements. By contrast,the weld penetration depth was enhanced obviously and width became narrow with a good shape. A 8mm thick plate was penetrated fully with regular welding parameters .The penetration depth is 2.86 times more than that of the con-ventional TIG welding.
