干振桩是江苏省电力设计院在20世纪80年代自主研发的一种地基处理方法。干振桩有其固有的特点,设计必须了解其施工工艺,在设计文件中应写明分段投料和振、压、挤方案及压缩比,即干振桩的质量“三要素”,只有这样才不会混淆成孔直径与成桩直径,不会用砂桩或其他桩型的施工工艺来打干振桩,才能确保干振桩的质量。干振桩的检测工作是检验施工成果是否达到设计要求的重要手段,设计文件中一定要明确检测的内容和数量,否则很可能被忽略。

Dry Vibrating Piling technique is a foundation treatment method innovated and developed by Jiangsu Province Electric Power Design Institute in the eighties of the last century. Dry vibration pile has its inherent characteristics, design must understand its construction technology. The feeding amount, portionwise feeding vibration pressurized , compression ratio are the“three key elements” which need to be specified in design document and strictly followed during the construction to ensure the quality of pilings. Only in this way, the pile diameter will not be confused with the steel pipe diameter, the construction method of dry vibrating piles will not be confused with the construction method of sand piles and other piles.Compulsory inspection which examine whether the construction meet the design requirements is an assurance quality important method . The particular of the inspection must be clearly specified in design document to avoid be ignored.
