随着GPS技术在工程中的应用及城市规划的要求,火力发电厂建设需纳入城市的规划中,火力电厂的坐标系统也需要统一为城市坐标系或国家坐标系。新疆有些老电厂初建时设计采用的是独立坐标系,其控制网老旧,控制桩及施工建筑方格网标石也基本被破坏或丢失完,只有主要建筑的建筑坐标。根据城市规划的需要,其后期扩建要求采用国家坐标系,因此这些老电厂需与城市坐标系或国家坐标系进行联测,计算出电厂建筑坐标系与城市坐标系或国家坐标系的转换关系,以便纳入城市的规划中。本文主要通过采用GPS测量技术结合高精度的全站仪测量技术进行新疆库尔勒塔什店发电厂建筑坐标与国家坐标联测,计算出该电厂建筑坐标系与国家坐标系(54坐标系)的转换关系。为今后此类工程的测量工作提供经验和指导。

With the application of GPS technology in engineering and the requirements of city planning, construction of coal-fired power plants need to incorporate them into city planning, the coordinates of thermal power plant system also need to be unified coordinate system for the city or the national coordinate system. Because when some old power plant construction in xinjiang is independent coordinate system is used in designing the control network of old, and control of pile and the construction of grid monument also basic finish was damaged or lost, only the main building construction coordinate. According to the needs of urban planning, the fourth stage require the use of national coordinate system, so the old power plants need to coordinate with city or national coordinate system to measure, calculate the power plant construction coordinate system and the urban or national coordinate system conversion relations, in order to incorporate them into city planning. In this paper, by using GPS measurement technology with high precision total station measuring technology of xinjiang korla tower assorted store power plant construction coordinate with national coordinate measurement, to calculate the power plant construction coordinate system to national coordinate system conversion relationship (54 coordinate system). Purpose is through the measurement and calculation of the project to our equipment, measurement method and calculation method is summarized, the future of this kind of engineering measurements provide experience.
