目的:探讨ABO基因异常表达与恶性血液疾病ABO抗原减少的相关性。方法选取本院2011年5月至2013年5月收治的白血病患者28例为研究对象,并选取同期行身体检查的健康体检者30例为对照组,分别采用免疫组化法测定两组患者ABO基因表达异常情况。结果与正常体检者相比,白血病患者ABO基因阳性表达率显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着白血病患者临床分期的增加,患者与ABO基因异常表达率显著增加。经相关性分析可知,白血病患者ABO抗原减少与ABO基因异常表达呈正相关。结论ABO基因异常表达可能是引起白血病患者ABO抗原减少的重要因素,且随着患者病情的增加,患者ABO基因异常表达率显著上升。

Objective To investigate the correlation between reduced and malignant hematologic diseases ABO antigen abnormal expression of ABO gene. Methods In our hospital from 2011 May to 2013 May were 28 cases of leukemia patients as the research object, and select the same physical examination of 30 cases of healthy people as control group, respectively, were measured by immunohistochemistry in two patients with abnormal ABO gene expression. Results Compared with normal controls, significantly increased the rate of positive expression of ABO gene in leukemia patients, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). With the clinical staging of patients with leukemia, abnormal expression of ABO gene was signiifcantly higher in patients with. The results of correlation analysis, and the abnormal expression of ABO was positively related to decrease of ABO antigen in patients with leukemia. Conclusion The abnormal expression of ABO gene may be an important factors to cause reduced leukemia antigens in patients with ABO, and with the increase of the patients, the abnormal expression of ABO gene was signiifcantly increased in patients with.
