根据当前我国人才选拔标准的内容和“80后”的特点,结合我国实现人才选拔标准与选拔对象相协调的历史和现实经验,应当从以培养人才作为人才选拔标准实施初衷、灵活施行人才选拔标准、慎重运用实务标准、以多元和多维的人才选拔标准作为引导、促使选拔对象参与仪式化的实践活动等角度实现人才选拔标准与“80后”选拔对象相协调。
根據噹前我國人纔選拔標準的內容和“80後”的特點,結閤我國實現人纔選拔標準與選拔對象相協調的歷史和現實經驗,應噹從以培養人纔作為人纔選拔標準實施初衷、靈活施行人纔選拔標準、慎重運用實務標準、以多元和多維的人纔選拔標準作為引導、促使選拔對象參與儀式化的實踐活動等角度實現人纔選拔標準與“80後”選拔對象相協調。

According to the current standards of China’s personnel selection and features of the generation of the 1980s, we should put cultivating excellent people in the first place of the standards’implementation, carrying out the selection criteria flexibly and deal with the standards of practice prudently. At the same time, guided by multiple and multidimensional standards of personnel selection, we encourage candidates to participate in ritualized practice. Through all these, we will achieve the goal of coordinating the standards of personnel selection and candidates of the 1980s.
