目的：对比分析直接树脂充填法和间接树脂充填法修复后牙病理性磨损的临床效果。方法对我院近期收治的60例后牙病理性磨损的患者为研究对象，并随机分组，分为治疗组30例与对照组30例，治疗组给予间接的树脂充填修复法，对照组给予直接的树脂充填修复法，比较治疗1年后树脂充填的临床效果及咀嚼效率的情况。结果治疗1年后复查，间接法组患牙树脂充填体A级率优于直接法组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月及治疗1年后，间接法组的咀嚼效率高于直接法，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间接树脂法比直接树脂充填法修复后牙病理性磨损有较好的临床效果以及咀嚼效率，值得临床上的广泛推广使用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of direct and indirect resin fil ing resin fil ing method to repair dental rational wear. Rational approach to the patient after the dental wear of 60 cases recently admitted to our hospital for the study and randomized into the treatment group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients, the treatment group received indirect resin injection repair method, the control group was given directly resin injection repair method, comparative clinical treatment effect of resin fil ing and chewing efficiency after 1 year. Conclusion indirect resin method than the direct method of repairing dental resin fil ing rational wear better clinical results and chewing efficiency, should be popularized the use of clinical.
