药品是直接关系到每一个公民身体健康与生命安危的特殊商品,其生命周期内的每一个环节都需要进行严密的质量监控。近红外光谱分析技术由于快速、非破坏性和无污染等特点,十分适合于流通领域药品的质量监测。因此,将我国1997年以来,应用近红外技术进行药品终产物快速分析的文献进行了总结、整理,从分析对象、分析方法和分析仪器等方面综述了该领域的研究进展,并阐述了亟待解决的问题和发展前景。

Drugs are special goods that are directly related to public health ,so their quality should be monitored in any link of their whole lifecycle .With nondestructive ,rapid and environmentally friendly characteristics ,near infrared technique is highly suitable for monitoring drug quality in the open market as well as the distribution channels .The present paper reviewed the cur-rent situation (analytical objects ,methods and instruments) about the application of near infrared spectroscopy in monitoring the quality of the final drug products ,Chinese crude drug or decoction pieces in domestic circulation since 1997 ,expounded the un-solved problems and future prospects .
