四川宜宾在中国白酒生产中占有非常重要的地位，而独特的自然环境条件是这一地区能够生产优质白酒的基础，白酒是一个最能发挥这一区域自然环境条件而且特色突出的产业。研究了四川重要白酒产地的气候特征。结果显示，四川宜宾与川西平原产酒地区一样，全年的大气湿度高，但其气温明显高于川西地区，特别是在白酒主要生产季节，其气温比川西地区高数度，而在白酒度夏季节，与川西地区的气温差异较小。

Having unique combination of biophysical conditions for liquor production, the Yibin city of southern Sichuan in southwestern China is the most important base of liquor production in China. The liquor production is the industry that can best use the unique biophysical settings but no research has been carried out to study how the climate of this region favors liquor production. To understand the unique climate for liquor production in Yibin, climatic characteristics of Yibin are studied and compared with those of the main localities of liquor production in Chengdu basin. The study reveals that the atmospheric humidity in Yibin is high throughout the year, similar to other liquor production localities, but that the air temperature in Yibin is higher than that in Chengdu basin, especially during the main period of liquor production from late September to May but the air temperature during the summer period of liquor production in Yibin is similar to that of Chengdu basin.
