目的：了解小榄镇恶性肿瘤的发病情况及大致流行趋势。方法收集2008～2012年1481例恶性肿瘤住院病人的资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果位居前十位的恶性肿瘤分别是：宫颈癌、肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、鼻咽癌、白血病、子宫内膜癌、肝癌。40岁以上的中老人群占恶性肿瘤的78％（1155/1481）为恶性肿瘤高发年龄。且有逐年上升的趋势。结论对于恶性肿瘤应针对病因进行宣传防治，综合治理。对上了40岁以上的中老年人群应每年定期体检，一旦发现肿瘤早期诊治，才能最大限度的降低恶性肿瘤的发病率及死亡率。

Objective To investigate The incidence of xiaoldn cases of maligndnt ,tumor and The general trend .Methods collect 2008~2012 of 1481 inpatients with maligndt tumor were analyzed retrospectively .Results top ten malignant tumors were ;cervical cancer colon cancer Breast cancer lung cancer gastric cancer esophagedl cancer Leukemia nasopharyngeal carcinoma endometridl cdrcinoma hepato-cellular carcinoma 40years of age in the tlderly population dccounted for78% of malignant tumor (1155/1481) for malignant tumor incidence dge and there is a rising trend year by year .Conclusion the mdlignant tumor shalld conduct propaganda and prevention aimed at pathageny ,comprehensive tredtment .for the 40year old aged people should be regular annual examination once found early diagnosis and treatment of turmor the morbidity and mortdlity of malignant tumors in order to maximize .
