In the case of the state’s inability to provide basic education for all due to shortage of ifnancial fund to education, the state governments of Latin America is active in carrying out public-private partnerships (PPP) like private management of public schools, using private resources to broaden the scope of basic education provision to the population and promote the quality of schooling, with noticeable effectiveness. The speciifc practices include Management contracts-Professional services or curriculum design, Operational Contracts, Education Service Contracts, Provision of Infrastructure Services Contracts, and Provision of Infrastructure Contract with Education Services Contracts, which are worth learning.
