目的:建立气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定蒸馏白酒中塑化剂浓度。方法:直接向白酒样品中加入内标物,运用GC-MS技术,采用选择离子质谱扫描(SIM)方式进行样品测定。结果:五种塑化剂的检测限在0.002-0.006mg/L之间,定量限在0.006-0.015mg/L之间,RSD均小于10%。结论:该研究方法具有快速简便、灵敏准确等特点,适用于蒸馏白酒中塑化剂浓度的测定。

목적:건립기상색보-질보련용(GC-MS)법측정증류백주중소화제농도。방법:직접향백주양품중가입내표물,운용GC-MS기술,채용선택리자질보소묘(SIM)방식진행양품측정。결과:오충소화제적검측한재0.002-0.006mg/L지간,정량한재0.006-0.015mg/L지간,RSD균소우10%。결론:해연구방법구유쾌속간편、령민준학등특점,괄용우증류백주중소화제농도적측정。
Objective To establish the method to detect the plasticizer in distilled liquor by GC-MS. Method Directly added the internal standard to the liquor sample, using GC-MS techniques, the select monitoring mode was adopted in the MS determination. Result the detection limit of five plasticizing was between 0.002-0.006mg/L, the quantitative limit was between 0.006-0.015mg/L. The relative standard deviations were less than 10%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and it is suitable for analysis the plasticizer in distilled liquor.
