目的：观察头舌针联合语言康复训练治疗脑梗死后运动性失语的临床疗效。方法将入选的60例脑梗死后运动性失语患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组在常规神经内科治疗基础上，采用头舌针联合语言康复训练治疗，对照组给予常规神经内科治疗，疗程30天，两组治疗前后采用汉语失语症检查法（ABC）进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7％，对照组为60％，两组评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论头舌针联合语言康复训练是一种治疗脑梗死后运动性失语的有效方法。
목적：관찰두설침연합어언강복훈련치료뇌경사후운동성실어적림상료효。방법장입선적60례뇌경사후운동성실어환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조30례。치료조재상규신경내과치료기출상，채용두설침연합어언강복훈련치료，대조조급여상규신경내과치료，료정30천，량조치료전후채용한어실어증검사법（ABC）진행료효평정。결과치료조총유효솔위86.7％，대조조위60％，량조평분비교，차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론두설침연합어언강복훈련시일충치료뇌경사후운동성실어적유효방법。
Objective To observe the effect of the scalp and tongue acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training on pa-tients of motor aphasia after cerebral infarction .Methods Sixty patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction were randomized into a treatment group and a control group ,30 in each .On the basis of conventional neurology treatment ,the treatment group was treated with scalp and tongue acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training .The control group was treated with conventional neurology treatment only .They were evaluated by The Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC) before treatment and 30 days after .Results The total ef-fective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group .Comparing the two groups ,there are significant differences in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusion The scalp and tongue acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training is an effective method for the treatment on motor aphasia after cerebral infarction .
