目的：对新生儿黄疸效果进行分析，并通过服用茵栀黄颗粒测试相关结果，对该方法辅助新生儿黄疸的临床疗效进行观察、分析。方法对我院2011年10月至2012年6月收治的92名新生儿患者进行分组，每组46例，其中针对对照组进行光疗的同时配合肝酶诱导等常规治疗方案；观察组在常规治疗的同时服用茵栀黄颗粒，并对两者结果进行比较。结果在对相应的178例患者进行区分治疗后，观察组胆红素下降速度明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论茵栀黄颗粒能够辅助并治疗新生儿的黄疸症状，并产生良好的疗效。
목적：대신생인황달효과진행분석，병통과복용인치황과립측시상관결과，대해방법보조신생인황달적림상료효진행관찰、분석。방법대아원2011년10월지2012년6월수치적92명신생인환자진행분조，매조46례，기중침대대조조진행광료적동시배합간매유도등상규치료방안；관찰조재상규치료적동시복용인치황과립，병대량자결과진행비교。결과재대상응적178례환자진행구분치료후，관찰조담홍소하강속도명현우우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론인치황과립능구보조병치료신생인적황달증상，병산생량호적료효。
Objective To analyze the effect of neonatal jaundice ,and through the use of Yinzhihuang granules test results ,the clinical curative effect of the method of auxiliary neonatal jaundice were observed ,analysis .Methods in our hospital from 2011 October to 2012 June were 92 new-borns were divided into two groups ,46 cases in each group ,the control group phototherapy combined liver enzyme induction and other conventional treatment ;the observation group in the conventional treatment with Yinzhihuang granules ,and the two Results are compared .Results in the treat-ment of 178 patients with differentiated corresponding ,the observation group bilirubin decreased speed significantly better than the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules can aid and treatment of neonatal jaundice ,and produce good effect .
