“计算机组成与结构”是计算机学科的核心专业基础课，教学内容多、学习难度大。在教学过程中，笔者从课堂讲授、作业到实验都提出了层次式教学方式，有效地发挥学生学习的潜能，做到人尽其才，这种层次式教学必需组织好教学内容并做好学生激励工作。
