本文分析了传统的CMOS集成电路设计课程教学和实验存在的不足,围绕集成电路设计技术发展前沿,提出将课堂讲授理论知识、验证性实验与课外参与实际项目相结合的教学模式。通过近几年的教学及实验改革,学生的IC设计理论和实践相结合的能力得到了显著提高。
本文分析瞭傳統的CMOS集成電路設計課程教學和實驗存在的不足,圍繞集成電路設計技術髮展前沿,提齣將課堂講授理論知識、驗證性實驗與課外參與實際項目相結閤的教學模式。通過近幾年的教學及實驗改革,學生的IC設計理論和實踐相結閤的能力得到瞭顯著提高。

This paper shows the defects existing in the traditional teaching of CMOS integrated circuit design course. According to the developing technology of IC design methodology, a new teaching mode is proposed that teaching theories, demonstrating experiments on the computer and practicing projects are combined together. And through the reform of teaching, the IC design abilities of students have been greatly improved.
