The production process of HPVC resins by low temperature method was improved, and the problems of small temperaturc diffcrcnce between the inside and outside of polymerizers, difficult hcat transfer, uncontrollable reaction tempcraturc, long rcaction time and high production cost were solved. Aftcr improvement, the reaction time could be shortened to 7-8 hours, and the product quality was stable.
