利用旋转甩涂法将亚甲基蓝(MB)掺杂的硬脂酸复合薄膜固定在钾离子(I(+)交换玻璃光波导表面,研制了MB-硬脂酸复合薄膜瓜’交换玻璃光波导传感器,并对挥发性有机物蒸气进行检测。实验结果表明,在室温下该传感器对低浓度的苯乙烯蒸气具有较好的重复性和选择性响应,能够检测到1×10-7(体积分数)的苯乙烯蒸气.其响应和恢复时间分别为12S和28s。该传感器具有灵敏度高、响应一恢复速度快、可逆性好、成本低、容易制作等特点。
利用鏇轉甩塗法將亞甲基藍(MB)摻雜的硬脂痠複閤薄膜固定在鉀離子(I(+)交換玻璃光波導錶麵,研製瞭MB-硬脂痠複閤薄膜瓜’交換玻璃光波導傳感器,併對揮髮性有機物蒸氣進行檢測。實驗結果錶明,在室溫下該傳感器對低濃度的苯乙烯蒸氣具有較好的重複性和選擇性響應,能夠檢測到1×10-7(體積分數)的苯乙烯蒸氣.其響應和恢複時間分彆為12S和28s。該傳感器具有靈敏度高、響應一恢複速度快、可逆性好、成本低、容易製作等特點。

The methylene blue (MB) doped stearic acid composite film was deposited onto the surface of a single mode potassium ion (K*) exchanged glass optical waveguide OWG by spin coated method, the OWG sensor was fixed on the gas sensor system to detect VOCs gases. The experimental results showed that the sensor has high repeatability and selectivity towards lower concentration styrene gas at room temperature, its response time and recovery time for 1 × 10-7 volume fraction styrene gas was 12 s and 28 s respectively. The sensor had high sensitivity, fast response and recovery speed, good reversibility, low cost and is easily fabricated.
