使用网目为0.8cm的聚丙烯挤塑网套住吊笼对华贵栉孔扇贝(Chlamys nobilis)的幼苗和幼贝进行养殖试验。结果表明:在幼苗期,套网笼组的整体壳高均低于不套网笼组,且成活率远低于不套网笼组;在人工筏式吊笼养殖的幼贝实验方面,套网笼组幼贝的生长速度略低于不套网笼组,但套网笼组的成活率高于不套网笼组。因此,套网笼法不适合幼苗的养殖,但适合幼贝的养殖,此项技术可以在华贵栉孔扇贝幼贝养殖上推广应用。

사용망목위0.8cm적취병희제소망투주조롱대화귀즐공선패(Chlamys nobilis)적유묘화유패진행양식시험。결과표명:재유묘기,투망롱조적정체각고균저우불투망롱조,차성활솔원저우불투망롱조;재인공벌식조롱양식적유패실험방면,투망롱조유패적생장속도략저우불투망롱조,단투망롱조적성활솔고우불투망롱조。인차,투망롱법불괄합유묘적양식,단괄합유패적양식,차항기술가이재화귀즐공선패유패양식상추엄응용。
Larval and juvenile Chlamys nobilis were reared in the suspended cuhure socks caged with 0. 8 cm mesh polypropylene nets to develop a suspended sock culture method in Sanya, Hainan, China. The experiment group was found to have lower shell height growth rate and survival rate than the control group at the larval stage. In the artificial raft suspended culture the experiment group grew slightly lower than the control group but had a higher survival rate than the control group. Therefore, the suspended sock culture is but for the juveniles. This method can be widely used for culture of C. nobilis at the not fit for larval C. nobilis juvenile stage.
