新安边油田构造位于鄂尔多斯盆地陕北斜坡西缘,东西横跨宁陕古河、蒙陕古河,油层埋深1560-2500 m。由于地层破裂压力低,且作业封固段长,固井质量难以保证。通过调整分级箍位置,优化水泥浆体系,减少了水泥浆环空液柱压力,解决了固井过程中的漏失问题,提高了油层段封固质量。

신안변유전구조위우악이다사분지협북사파서연,동서횡과저협고하、몽협고하,유층매심1560-2500 m。유우지층파렬압력저,차작업봉고단장,고정질량난이보증。통과조정분급고위치,우화수니장체계,감소료수니장배공액주압력,해결료고정과정중적루실문제,제고료유층단봉고질량。
Xinanbian oilfield structure is located in the western edge of the slope of northern Shanbei of the Ordos Basin.From east to west of the oilfield,the oilfield cross the Ningshan Furukawa and the Furukawa between Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi,and the reservoir depth reaches to 1560-2500 m.As the formation fracture pressure is low and cementing operations section is too long,the cementing quality is difficult to guarantee.By adjusting the position of stage collar and optimizing the slurry system,the liquid column pressure of grout annulus was reduced,the leakage problem of the cementing process was solved and the quality of the reservoir sealing segment was improved.
