搞好团支部建设，思想建设应该放在首位。当前高校进行团支部思想建设方面的研究和探索较少，我系团委自2010年组织实施班级团支部思想建设“54321青年工程”以来，青年团员的思想政治素质和主动学习兴趣得到显著提高，团支部的凝聚力、战斗力不断增强，团支部思想政治工作规范化、制度化和科学化逐步实现。
搞好糰支部建設，思想建設應該放在首位。噹前高校進行糰支部思想建設方麵的研究和探索較少，我繫糰委自2010年組織實施班級糰支部思想建設“54321青年工程”以來，青年糰員的思想政治素質和主動學習興趣得到顯著提高，糰支部的凝聚力、戰鬥力不斷增彊，糰支部思想政治工作規範化、製度化和科學化逐步實現。
고호단지부건설，사상건설응해방재수위。당전고교진행단지부사상건설방면적연구화탐색교소，아계단위자2010년조직실시반급단지부사상건설“54321청년공정”이래，청년단원적사상정치소질화주동학습흥취득도현저제고，단지부적응취력、전두력불단증강，단지부사상정치공작규범화、제도화화과학화축보실현。
In order to improve the construction of League branch, ideological construction should be put in the most important place. At present,there are few research and exploration of League branch ideological construction, since 2010,＂ 54321 young project＂was carried out in our department, yong League members has been studying actively and their ideological and political quality were improved obviously, the cohesion and combat effectiveness of League branch was also improved constantly, and standardization and systematization of League branch work was realized gradually.
