为进一步加强教师队伍建设,提高教育教学质量,我国一些高校借鉴国外经验,尝试成立了专业化的教学促进（教师发展）机构。本文采用网络文本数据分析调查法,通过访问我国26所高校教学促进机构网站和学校新闻网站,了解各机构的名称、成立时间、性质、组织机构、工作方式等,对国内高校教学促进工作进行系统、深度调查分析,进而了解我国高校教学促进机构总体发展概况,展望未来发展趋势。

In order to further strengthen the construction of teachers′ team,improve the quality of education and teaching,a few colleges draw lessons from foreign experience,gradually try to set up specialized Teaching Promotion Agencies.This paper adopts the network text data analysis survey method,visit the website of 26 Teaching Promotion Agencies,and analyses them through organizational nature,key feature,organization,the way of working,in order to understand the general development situation of Teaching Promotion Agencies,and look to the future development trend.
