Production testing is indispensable in the air-conditioner industry, and how to enhance the efficiency of test with keeping productions in an high quality has been the key of study. Under the constant volume and temperature this article is a study about the new production testing method through analyzing the relation between the refrigerant charge and the system pressure, and how to chang the first refrigerant charge to improve the test method. And the article also briefly describe the feasibility about the bypass test.
