采用专用车床加工调心球轴承外圈沟道倒角时偶尔出现毛刺现象，经热处理后影响到磨削外滚道质量，造成轴承装配时划伤钢球，影响旋转灵活性及调心性能。针对此问题，对外滚道与倒角工序的关系进行了分析，调整了加工顺序，改变了加工方法，避免了倒角毛刺的产生。
採用專用車床加工調心毬軸承外圈溝道倒角時偶爾齣現毛刺現象，經熱處理後影響到磨削外滾道質量，造成軸承裝配時劃傷鋼毬，影響鏇轉靈活性及調心性能。針對此問題，對外滾道與倒角工序的關繫進行瞭分析，調整瞭加工順序，改變瞭加工方法，避免瞭倒角毛刺的產生。

When the chamfer of outer ring groove of self-aligning ball bearing is processed by special turning machine occasionally, there is burr which has effect on the quality of outer ring groove after heat treatment, and results in steel ball scratch while assembling, as well as the decrease of rotating lfexibility and aligning performance. Through analyzing the relationship between outer ring with the chamfer processing procedure, adjusting the processing sequence and changing the processing method, the chamfer blur is avoided.
