以遵义优势品牌绿茶凤冈有机茶和湄潭翠芽作为材料,国家级名茶都匀毛尖作为对照,用水溶液浸提法对茶多酚和茶多糖进行提纯,采用酒石酸亚铁比色法和蒽酮法对其含量进行测定.结果表明凤冈有机茶和湄潭翠芽与都匀毛尖相比,茶多酚和茶多糖的含量相近.茶多酚含量:凤冈有机茶28.17%、湄潭翠芽26.46%、都匀毛尖27.02%;茶多糖含量:凤冈有机茶1.19%、湄潭翠芽1.00%、都匀毛尖1.11%.

이준의우세품패록다봉강유궤다화미담취아작위재료,국가급명다도균모첨작위대조,용수용액침제법대다다분화다다당진행제순,채용주석산아철비색법화은동법대기함량진행측정.결과표명봉강유궤다화미담취아여도균모첨상비,다다분화다다당적함량상근.다다분함량:봉강유궤다28.17%、미담취아26.46%、도균모첨27.02%;다다당함량:봉강유궤다1.19%、미담취아1.00%、도균모첨1.11%.
Polyphenols and polysaccharide content in Fenggang organic tea and Meitan Cui buds(two good-quality brands in Zunyi city) has been determined after purification with Tartaric acid iron colorimetric and Anthracene ketone methods,by contrast of the national famous Douyun Maojian tea.The results show that the contents of Fenggang organic tea and Meitan Cui buds are similar to those of Douyun Maojian tea.Polyphenols contents of Fenggang organic tea,Meitan Cui buds and Douyun Maojian tea are 28.17(%),26.46(%) and 27.02(%) respectively,the polysaccharide contents are 1.19(%),1.00(%) and 1.11(%) respectively.
