以‘优雅’薰衣草带腋芽茎段为外植体,探讨外植体的最佳消毒时间和不同植物生长调节剂种类与水平等因素对其腋芽增殖与不定根形成的影响。结果表明:利用0.1%的HgCl2消毒,外植体的最佳消毒时间以6 min为宜;继代增殖培养基以 MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+ IBA 0.15 mg/L为宜;生根培养基以1/2MS+ IBA 0.5 mg/L为宜。

The paper aimed to select the best experiment condition of tissue culture technolo-gy of L av andula angusti f olia‘Elegancy’ .T he effects of different kinds and concentrations of hormones on the multiplication and rootage were studied by using the tender stem of L . angustifolia‘Elegancy’ as explant .The results showed that the best sterilized time for the explants was 6 minutes in 0 .1% HgCl2 ,the best medium for multiplication was MS+6 BA 1 .0 mg/L+IBA 0 .15 mg/L ,and the best medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 0 .5 mg/L .
