以‘优雅’薰衣草带腋芽茎段为外植体，探讨外植体的最佳消毒时间和不同植物生长调节剂种类与水平等因素对其腋芽增殖与不定根形成的影响。结果表明：利用0．1％的HgCl2消毒，外植体的最佳消毒时间以6 min为宜；继代增殖培养基以 MS＋BA 1．0 mg/L＋ IBA 0．15 mg/L为宜；生根培养基以1/2MS＋ IBA 0．5 mg/L为宜。

이‘우아’훈의초대액아경단위외식체，탐토외식체적최가소독시간화불동식물생장조절제충류여수평등인소대기액아증식여불정근형성적영향。결과표명：이용0．1％적HgCl2소독，외식체적최가소독시간이6 min위의；계대증식배양기이 MS＋BA 1．0 mg/L＋ IBA 0．15 mg/L위의；생근배양기이1/2MS＋ IBA 0．5 mg/L위의。
The paper aimed to select the best experiment condition of tissue culture technolo-gy of L av andula angusti f olia‘Elegancy’ .T he effects of different kinds and concentrations of hormones on the multiplication and rootage were studied by using the tender stem of L . angustifolia‘Elegancy’ as explant .The results showed that the best sterilized time for the explants was 6 minutes in 0 .1% HgCl2 ,the best medium for multiplication was MS+6 BA 1 .0 mg/L+IBA 0 .15 mg/L ,and the best medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 0 .5 mg/L .
