为了研究不同的植物生长调节剂浓度及配比对算盘子不定芽诱导、增殖和生根的影响，以算盘子无菌苗茎段为材料，建立了算盘子快速繁殖体系。结果表明：不定芽诱导最佳培养基为MS＋6 BA 1．0 mg/L ＋IBA 0．5 mg/L ；增殖最佳培养基为MS＋6 BA 1．0 mg/L＋ NAA 0．5 mg/L ；生根最佳培养基为MS＋ NAA 0．1 mg/L。植物生长调节剂对算盘子组培快繁有显著影响，通过植物生长调节剂适当配比得到算盘子快繁的最佳培养体系，可以解决算盘子产业化生产中种源质量参差不齐和短缺问题。

In order to study the effect of different plant grow th regulator concentrations and ratios on adventitious buds induction , proliferation and rooting of Glochidion puberum , aseptic stem segments as materials pave the way for further establishing the rapid propaga-tion system .Results showed that the appropriate medium used for buds induction was MS +6 BA 1 .0 mg/L + IBA 0 .5 mg/L .The best medium of proliferateing was MS +6 BA 1 .0 mg/L +NAA 0 .5 mg/L .The rooting medium was MS + NAA 0 .1 mg/L .It is concluded that plant growth regulator plays an important role in rapid propagation of Glochidion pube-rum .The best Glochidion puberum propagation system is established by proper propotion of plant grow th regulator to solve the problems in variable quality and shortage of puberulous glochidion herb provenance in the industrialization production .
