宣化牛奶葡萄以庭院式栽培为主,目前仍大量沿用传统的漏斗式栽培模式。为了给这种传统葡萄栽培方式的传承和保护提供科学依据,采用野外观测及农户调查等方法对漏斗葡萄栽培模式的生态系统服务功能进行了研究。研究结果表明,该模式葡萄产量为2.65万kg/hm2,经济收益可达18.38万元/hm2,宣化区总产量达到3600多t ,经济收入达到2500万元;该栽培模式在庭院中创造了丰富的生态位,具有丰富的生物多样性,在调查的30个农户中,观察到87种植物,分属43科62属;漏斗葡萄地上部分碳贮量可以达到5.85 t/hm2,而且由于寿命较长,葡萄植物体内存贮的碳能够得到长期固定;同时,漏斗葡萄造型优美,景观独特,具有突出的旅游开发价值。

Xuanhua milk grapes are mainly cultivated in yard ,and the farmers still use the traditional infundibular frame type cultivation mode a lot .The ecosystem service of infundib-ular frame type cultivation mode was researched in the following aspects :material produc-tion ,species diversity maintaining ,microclimate regulation ,carbon sequestration ,and leis-ure recreation by field observation and peasant household survey .The results showed that the output of grapes reached 26 500 kg/ hm2 under this mode ,with economic income of 183 800 yuan/hm2 ,and the total grape production in Xuanhua district reached more than 3 600 tons ,with economic income of 25 000 000 yuan;The cultivation mode created a rich ecological niche in the yard with a rich biological diversity ,in 30 farmer's yards surveyed ,43 families ,62 genera and 87 species of plants were found including ornamental plants ,vegeta-bles ,fruit trees and crops .The infundibular frame grape is a very obvious carbon pool ,with the carbon storage of the ground part reaching 5 .85 t/hm2 ,and the carbon stored in grapes can be fixed for a long term because of its longevity .Meanwhile ,the infundibular frame grape is proved to have an excellent quality ,as well as a unique style ,with beautiful land-scape ,recreational function ,and an obvious value of tourism development .
