文中阐述了关键能力的内涵特征，指出其重要性和存在问题，并以广东交通职业技术学院为例，提出高职院校应采用开发课程建设及教学方法为主导、提高双师型教师素质、工学结合与顶岗实习、第二课堂等策略来培养学生的关键能力。

This paper, focusing on the characteristics of key abilities, points out its importance and the existing prob-lems. Taking Guangdong Communication Polytechnic as an example, the paper suggests that students’ key abilities-should be developed through program and teaching method development, quality improvement of bi-qualified teach-ers, combination of work with study, internship as well as extra-curriculum activities.
