通过分析工程管理专业人才培养现状、问题和要求,基于人员能力成熟度模型(P-CMM),确定了工程管理专业人才五级能力成熟度目标,建立了人才培养过程的三维结构模型,设计了五级能力成熟度目标下工程管理专业人才培养过程域,提出了工程管理专业人才五级能力培养模式,为工程管理专业实践教学和人才培养提供可选的路径和方法指导。

통과분석공정관리전업인재배양현상、문제화요구,기우인원능력성숙도모형(P-CMM),학정료공정관리전업인재오급능력성숙도목표,건립료인재배양과정적삼유결구모형,설계료오급능력성숙도목표하공정관리전업인재배양과정역,제출료공정관리전업인재오급능력배양모식,위공정관리전업실천교학화인재배양제공가선적로경화방법지도。
Through the analysis of current situation,problems and requirements of engineering management professional talents’ capability cultivation,five levels of capability maturity target is determined based on people capability maturity model(P-CMM), three-dimensional structure model of personnel training is established. Furthermore,the process areas of engineering management professional talents’ capability cultivation is designed based on five levels of capability maturity target. At last,five-level cultivation mode of engineering management professional talents is put forward,which provides an alternative pathway and methodological guide for the education in terms of practice and talents training in this major.
