分析了胶带输送机发生胶带跑偏的原因,并对胶带跑偏现象进行了力学分析,对比了目前常见的几种纠偏装置的优缺点,设计了液压纠偏装置,对该装置的纠偏工作原理及优点进行了介绍。该装置在南屯煤矿使用后,减少了因胶带跑偏而造成的各种危害和事故,保障了矿井煤流系统的安全运转。
分析瞭膠帶輸送機髮生膠帶跑偏的原因,併對膠帶跑偏現象進行瞭力學分析,對比瞭目前常見的幾種糾偏裝置的優缺點,設計瞭液壓糾偏裝置,對該裝置的糾偏工作原理及優點進行瞭介紹。該裝置在南屯煤礦使用後,減少瞭因膠帶跑偏而造成的各種危害和事故,保障瞭礦井煤流繫統的安全運轉。

The paper analyzes the causes of deviation of belt conveyor,and carries out the belt conveyor mechanics analysis.It is also compar-ing the advantages and disadvantages of the most common of several corrective device . The paper disignes a new hydraulic deviation-correct-ing device,and introduces the working principle of deviation-correcting device and its advantages. Through the application of Nantun mine, it effectively reduces the belt deviation caused by the accident, to protect the safe operation of coal flow.
